This policy explains what we collect on creatorsmanager.com and what we do with it. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
- When you take the diagnostic: your name, brand, email, store URL (if you give it) and your answers.
- When you request an audit: the fact that you asked for it.
- Basic server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) that our hosting keeps for security and to fix errors.
We don't use advertising trackers on this site.
What we use it for
- To show you your diagnostic and reply to you.
- To prepare the scope and quote of your audit if you request one.
- To follow up about our services by email. You can tell us to stop at any time and we will.
What we don't do
We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with anyone except the providers that run this site for us: our hosting provider and our email delivery provider, who process it only to provide their service.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while there's a reasonable chance we'll work together, and delete it when you ask.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete what we have about you, or to stop hearing from us, email hello@creatorsmanager.com. We reply within five business days.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
